PokerPot — Privacy Policy

The app records recreational poker sessions using points with no cash value. Points cannot be purchased, redeemed, or exchanged for money through the app.

Information we collect

Use and disclosure

We use these data to provide and synchronize the app, calculate point results, manage clubs, verify subscriptions, respond to feedback, analyze usage and troubleshoot issues. Club information you choose to share is visible to the relevant club members. We use service providers to operate the service and app stores to verify purchases. Data may also be disclosed when required by law. Connections to our service use HTTPS or secure WebSockets.

Retention

We retain your data to provide the service until you request deletion. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete data stored on our servers.

Request deletion of all your data

  1. Email 577670652@qq.com with the subject “PokerPot data deletion”.
  2. Include your in-app nickname and club name or invite code so we can locate your records. If you cannot identify your records, contact us through the app's feedback feature while still using the original installation.
  3. We will verify that the request concerns your data, then delete all data associated with your user within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

This includes your user and device records, nickname, club membership, associated session and point records, feedback and uploaded images, usage records and subscription verification records held by us. We do not intentionally retain these user records after completing the request. Deletion may affect shared club history.

Deleting our records does not cancel an app-store subscription or delete records independently held by Google or Apple. Manage your subscription in the store where you purchased it. Reopening the app after deletion can create a new anonymous identity.

Children and changes

The service is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if a child has provided personal data. Policy updates will be published on this page.

收集与使用

我们收集设备及匿名用户标识、设备和系统信息、版本及语言、IP 地址及据此推断的大致地区、您输入的昵称和俱乐部及牌局积分记录、操作和技术日志、您主动发送的反馈和图片，以及用于验证订阅的商品、交易、购买令牌和订阅状态。我们不请求 GPS 定位。相机和图片访问仅用于您主动选择的相关功能，付款信息由应用商店处理。

这些数据用于提供及同步服务、计算积分、管理俱乐部、验证订阅、处理反馈、分析使用情况和排查问题。您选择共享的俱乐部信息对相关成员可见。服务提供商协助我们运营服务，应用商店用于验证购买；法律要求时可能披露数据。与服务器的连接使用 HTTPS 或安全 WebSocket。

删除全部相关数据

卸载应用不会自动删除服务器数据。请发送邮件至 577670652@qq.com，主题为“PokerPot 数据删除”，提供应用内昵称及俱乐部名称或邀请码。无法识别记录时，请从原安装中的反馈功能联系我们。核实请求属于您后，我们会在 30 天内删除该用户全部关联数据，并邮件确认完成。

删除范围包括用户及设备记录、昵称、俱乐部成员关系、关联牌局与积分记录、反馈及上传图片、使用记录和我们保存的订阅验证记录；完成后不主动保留这些用户记录。删除可能影响共享的俱乐部历史。此流程不会取消应用商店订阅或删除 Google、Apple 独立持有的数据，请到购买订阅的商店管理订阅。删除后再次打开应用可能产生新的匿名身份。

本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。相关问题请联系上述邮箱。政策变更会公布于本页。
